Partnering with charities like Stop Hunger Now, Christian Library International and Angel Tree Prison Fellowship, Bob Barker Company is dedicated to giving back to the community and making a positive difference in the lives of others. The company pays one-hour salary each month for team members to volunteer and matches team member charity donations up to $5,000 each year. The company donates at least 10% of net income annually to charities and to fund The Bob Barker Company Foundation.
Environment
Bob Barker Company continuously strives to integrate sustainable practices throughout the business by offering customers a selection of products made from recycled and organic materials and partnering with suppliers that track their carbon footprint. The company’s 500-kilowatt solar rooftop farm generates over 700,000 kWh of electricity annually.
